['santʃɛθ-], Fray Juan, spanischer Maler, getauft Orgaz (Provinz Toledo) 25. 6. 1560, ✝ Granada 8. 9. 1627; ausgebildet in Toledo, lebte spätestens ab 1612 im Kartäuserkloster von Granada. Er malte religiöse Szenen (u. a. aus der Geschichte des Kartäuserordens); bedeutend sind v. a. seine Küchenstillleben (Bodegones).
